Well week four of unemployment and the prospects are getting worse!! I have been rejected for interviews for positions that I am surely qualified for? I have changed my resume so many times! Grrh I am bordering on annoyed. Long wkend coming up, might escape for a few days! Come back refreshed and ready to get em!

Nights when your not feeling it..

You know those nights when you have a couple of drinks but it has no affect. Then you go out to a bar and just sit and can't think of anything to say to anyone, that was tonight! I was just not interested in being out. I think it was a combo of not wanting to spend money or get really drunk. Managed to last until midnight! Good effort I thought! Hopefully I will be more in the mood next week for my birthday! Goodnight!

Back to the drawing board

So last week I quit my job! Not a very smart thing to do when I don't have another job lined up.  I got lucky with the first job when we moved to Brisbane and it came through quickly.  I guess I took it because I didn't have any other options.  That just meant that the job was not for me and got boring really quickly! 

Now I'm back at it.  I find www.seek.com.au  is very good the other sites (www.mycareer.com.au) are rubbish for entry level jobs.  I have been job searching for the best part of three years in London.  I don't think it gets any easier. Oh well I'll push on!
